FREQUENTLY ASKED

CHECKING IN
Travelers Hotel is a self-check-in property. Before you arrive, you will receive an email that includes a door code that allows you to access to your room. This code provides access to the lobby door marked "After-Hours Entrance" to accommodate after-hours check-ins. GUESTS
Travelers Hotel is a friendly, welcoming accommodation, but you must be 25 years or older to rent a room. Families traveling with well-behaved, supervised children are always welcome. 

UNPLUGGING
Travelers Hotel is a respite and a place to recharge. We are free from televisions and have lightning fast wifi in every room for guests who want to stream their favorite shows or catch up on the day’s news.

CHECKING IN & OUT
Check-in is after 3 P.M. Check-out time is 11 A.M. 

PARKING 
Parking is located directly across the street from the hotel. There is also ample street parking available.

ACCESSIBILITY
Travelers Hotel offers two rooms for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us with questions or if you require special accommodations. 

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
Travelers Hotel does not offer daily housekeeping services. If you need extra towels or linens, please visit the front desk or call/text (662) 483-0693.

ROOM CAPACITY
Room rates at Travelers Hotel assume a maximum occupancy of two adults per room. For the Travelers Suite and Bunk Room, there is a $50 charge for a third adult, and an additional $50 for a fourth adult. We have a limited number of rollaway beds available for $50 per night.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 P.M. to 7 A.M. during the week and from 11 P.M. to 8 A.M. on weekends.

MINIMUM STAY 
Festivals and other special events may require a minimum stay. 

NO SMOKING 
The Travelers Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere, in, on, or around the building or grounds. A $250 fee will be applied to the credit card provided. 

PET POLICY 
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at Travelers Hotel. Service animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are always welcome. Advance notice is deeply appreciated.

DEPOSIT 
Upon booking, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the amount of your first night’s stay, for each room booked. See “Cancellations & Refunds” policy below.

CANCELLATIONS 
All reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel or modify your reservation with less than 72 hours notice, we ask that you take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to re-book your room, we will issue a full or partial refund. Juke Joint Festival reservations must be cancelled or changed at least 14 days prior to arrival.

RATE CHANGES

Prior to booking, rates are subject to change without notice.

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
Any damages to Travelers Hotel property, including its fixtures, furniture, and equipment, may result in a fee charged to your credit card for replacement and repairs. Travelers Hotel will charge a replacement cost for missing items, including bath products, and excessively soiled linens.

Travelers Hotel is a small property with a small staff. Although we do not have 24-hour staff on-site, there is always someone on call. If you have questions or concerns during your stay, please call or text us at (662)483-0002. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
