We’re looking to attract folks who wish to live creatively and build community -- not just artists per se, but anyone with an entrepreneurial streak and a penchant for/experience in hospitality/retail/extreme kindness. Join us and help us operate and grow these businesses, build on-site capacity for future members, and develop programs and events that engage locals and visitors alike!
Benefits include a flexible work schedule (about 15-20 hours/week), on-site living and potential studio/work space, depending on your area of practice. We endeavor to work with individuals who are entrepreneurial, driven, committed to community action while possibly living outside of their comfort zone, and making sure that things that need to get done, are done.

Every Travelers resident commits to working in our hotels for six months to two years, earning a paid part-time wage, as well as living quarters and access to dedicated studio space. Yet even more important than this financial flexibility is the opportunity to live in community—with both other artists and our fascinating, globally minded guests.
